Vinification & Ageing :
The harvested is done manually, and the wine comes from a pressing, followed by setting and cold stall before leaving for alcoholic fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. Ageing lasts 6 months before bottling.
Tasting :
Light and crystalline color accompanied by light green reflections. Mineral nose, yellow fruit, white peach. Finish on cashew nuts. It will accompany your seafood such as periwinkles, oysters, and other shellfish. He will also rise to the occasion with a hard-legged cheese.
