1. Preamble

These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company SAS Les Caves de la Comtesse whose registered office is 2 rue du château 49260 Bellevigne-les-châteaux, registered in the trade and companies register of Angers under the siret 898 168 091 00012, share capital of €5000, hereinafter referred to as "the seller" and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the seller's website www.vignobles-colbert.com referred to - after "the buyer".

2. Purpose

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made on the seller's site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. 3. Characteristics of the goods and services offered

4. Rates

5. Orders

6. Withdrawal

13. Archiving - Proof

14. Dispute Resolution
