Terms of Sales

1. Preamble

These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company SAS Les Caves de la Comtesse whose registered office is 2 rue du château 49260 Bellevigne-les-châteaux, registered in the trade and companies register of Angers under the siret 898 168 091 00012, share capital of €5000, hereinafter referred to as "the seller" and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the seller's website www.vignobles-colbert.com referred to - after "the buyer".

2. Purpose

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made on the seller's site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale. These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by the seller. The seller reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. 3. Characteristics of the goods and services offered

The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the seller's website. These products and services are offered subject to availability in stock or on order from a supplier. Each product is accompanied by a description established by the supplier; for some of them, marked DF, the buyer can have access to the supplier's documentation. 4. Rates

The prices appearing in the catalog are prices in euros, all taxes included, excluding customs duties and any taxes on delivery outside mainland France. The prices shown include order processing and packaging costs, but not transport and delivery costs. 5. Orders

6. Withdrawal

7. Terms of payment

8. Deliveries

Orders including at least one item on backorder are not released to the carrier until all items ordered are in stock. These orders are not split into several deliveries divided between items in stock and those which are not. In case of return of the package for any reason not attributable to the seller, the order will be considered canceled. The amount of the purchase will be refunded to the buyer minus the delivery costs without the buyer benefiting from any discount, rebate or rebate granted on these. 9. Warranty

13. Archiving - Proof

14. Dispute Resolution

These online sales conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Angers (Maine-et-Loire) for professional customers or any other French court for private customers, notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims.
