Vinification & ageing :
The harvested is done manually, and the wine comes from a pressing followed by setting and cold stall before leaving for alcoholic fermentation. The latter is done in lightning at low temperature. Ageing lasts 10 months before bottling
Tasting :
Light color with yellow-green highlights. On the nose, woody, citrus and almond aromas. In the mouth, a nice length. Perfectly structured, it blends easily with fish for a land and seaside. It will also find with a cheese of character or dishes with spicy flavors.
Ageing potential : Up to 3 years
