Grape variety :
The vines are located on loamy sandy soil and are hand weeded by hand without chemicals. The yield is limited for more aromatics.
Vinification & ageing :
The harvested is done manually, followed by a static cold setting. The alcoholic fermentation is done in thermoregulated stainless steel thanks and then a second in the bottle. Rest on latte of 72 month minimum.
